Financial Information

The administrative costs of Mentors International are currently covered by affiliate and service fees in addition to donations from its board of directors.

Mentors International is transitioning from a calendar year to a fiscal year.  Its most current audit encapsulated an 18 month reporting period beginning January 1, 2009 and ended on June 30, 2010.  Prior to that time period audits were based on calendar year. 

The current IRS Form 990 reports the tax calendar year 2010.  Mentors will report a short year beginning January 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2011 on its 990 to be released in the future.  Beginning July 1, 2011, both the audit and tax reporting periods will be reporting the fiscal period running from July to June of future years.
